Western has just introduced a new line of plows: the MVP Plus. The new line will be available in either steel or poly, and will include models with 7-1/2', 8-1/2', and 9-1/2' blades. All models will feature the new Nighthawk headlamps which will be larger, brighter, and stronger than past models. The MVP PLUS will also feature a leading edge electrical design that utilizes a muiltiplexing system that will allow for more features in the future, like self-diagnostics.
Pro-Plow - the choice of the professional plower. Pro Plows are heavy-duty plows engineered for commericial plowers. Available with steel steel blades up to 9' and polyethylene blades up to 8'.
A shock absorber on the back of the blade softens the trip action to reduce wear on your truck and plow. Contractor Grade Pro Plus Plows add a second shock absorber to the back of the blade, plus has a thicker moldboard, plus additional vertical ribs for more strength, plus it has a heavier A-Frame and Quadrant.
The 7-1/2' Midweight Plow is designed for personal and light-commercial plowing. Available with either a steel or polyethylene blade, the Midweight plow features a Power Bar across the back of the blade to aid torsional strength and rigidity to elminate blade twist.
The Suburbanite is a full-featured personal-use plow for SUV's and compact trucks. It can be mounted and removed in minutes by one person without the need for any tools. It features a maintenance-free polyethylene blade that has a slippery surface to prevent snow from sticking. Unique elastomer springs on the back of the blade allow the blade to trip forward when encountering an obstacle.
Designed for trucks in the 14,000 to 27,000 GVW range, the Heavyweight plow is ideal for all-purpose, moderate speed plowing for local streets, large lots, county roads, and local parks. Available in 9' and 10' blades, the Heavyweight sports six trip springs plus two additional shock absorbers to soften trip action.
